- Heat and discomfort can be felt during treatment, and the degree varies between individuals. The clinic describes the vibration function, cooling system and anesthesia options.

Is the same tip used for the face and the eye area?
No. The clinic distinguishes a face tip (4 cm² treatment area) from an eye tip (0.25 cm²) for the thinner eye-area skin. Which tip and how many shots are used is decided at consultation.
Can I check that the tip is genuine?
The clinic states that a genuine tip is opened at the start of treatment, and that after treatment the number of shots used is checked and an authenticity card and sticker are issued.
