Costs per the fee schedule
| Item | Fee schedule range | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Rhinoplasty | KRW 900,000–5,000,000 | VAT not included; varies with consultation and condition |
| Revision rhinoplasty | KRW 2,500,000–10,000,000 | VAT not included; varies with consultation and condition |
| Nasal CT scan | KRW 50,000–100,000 | VAT not included; 3D-CT is used to analyse the internal structure prior to surgery |
Why the cost range is wide
The clinic states that the bridge, tip, length and nasolabial angle are designed together in proportion to the face, and that either a 3D-customised implant or autologous tissue (septal cartilage, rib cartilage, ear cartilage or autologous dermis) is used depending on the condition. Because the extent of correction and the materials differ from person to person, the fee schedule shows a range, and the actual amount is set after examination and consultation.
Timing of revision rhinoplasty
| Situation | What the clinic states |
|---|---|
| General revision | Recommended at least 6 months to 1 year after the previous surgery, once the tissue has stabilised |
| Inflammation, implant problem or severe deformity of the skin over the bridge | Can be done earlier |
| Nose shortened by contracture | The implant is removed; after waiting about 6 months for the surrounding tissue to soften, the nose is lengthened with septal cartilage and an implant is inserted |
When revision is considered
- Implant that has tilted or moves
- Collapsed or deformed nasal tip
- Nose shortened by contracture
- Bridge height that does not suit you, or a bulbous tip or hump that was not corrected
Surgery details (rhinoplasty without implants table)
The surgery information table on the rhinoplasty-without-implants page lists an operation time of 1 to 1.5 hours, sedation anesthesia, no hospital stay, and stitch removal 7 days after surgery. The rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty pages do not list operation time, anesthesia or hospital stay, so please confirm them during consultation. The clinic states that an anesthesiologist monitors the patient during surgery.

Risks and side effects
- The clinic states that, depending on individual recovery, common side effects such as bleeding, inflammation and infection can occur after surgery.
- Swelling and bruising can occur, and asymmetry or a shape different from what was expected may require further correction.
- In revision, tissue has already been altered by the previous surgery, so the extent of correction may be larger, and implant visibility, movement or contracture can recur.
- When autologous cartilage or dermis is harvested, pain, scarring or other discomfort can occur at the donor site.
Results and recovery vary by individual. Possible complications are explained during consultation.
